Using elements of nature to nurture.

Trauma-informed therapy integrating somatic healing, EMDR, sound-based practices, and nature-centered grounding.

Welcome

Therapy moves at the pace of safety.

You don't have to force your way through healing alone or in spaces that feel clinical, rushed, or disconnected.

My work honors the nervous system, the body, and the quiet intelligence that already exists within you.

Services

Ways we might work together

  • EMDR

Trauma reprocessing at the nervous-system level, moving through what is stuck rather than only talking about it.

  • Somatic therapy

Listening through the body — sensation, breath, and posture — alongside what we say out loud.

  • Nature-based therapy

Drawing on the natural world to help you settle, regulate, and reconnect.

  • Sound healing

Sound healing uses intentional frequencies, vibration, and rhythm to support grounding and energetic balance. Through singing bowls, various therapeutic tones, and drumming, sound can regulate the nervous system, create space for emotional release, restoration, and deeper connection within the body.

  • Aromatherapy

Essential oils are used as a gentle sensory-based way to support emotional and nervous system healing to help calm the body, ease anxiety, and promote a sense of safety and balance. Scent connects directly to the brain's emotional centers, making it a powerful, natural complement to trauma work and overall healing.

You might be feeling

  • Overwhelmed and anxious
  • Consumed with fear
  • Lost with no real identity
  • Carrying something heavy and secret

Whatever it is, you don't have to do it alone.

About

Clinical training, embodied healing.

I'm a therapist who integrates clinical training with embodied, experiential healing. My work blends trauma-informed care with client-centered therapies, helping you reconnect to yourself in ways that feel grounded, not forced.

I believe healing happens in connection, relationship, safety, and attunement — not urgency.
